RoadReady ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.useroadready.com and the RoadReady mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information You Provide

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, company name, and fleet information. When drivers complete inspections, we collect vehicle condition data, defect descriptions, photos, digital signatures, and GPS coordinates at the time of inspection.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data including page views, referral sources, browser type, and device type. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual users across sites.

When you use the mobile application, we collect device information, operating system version, app version, and crash reports to maintain and improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

To provide the RoadReady inspection and compliance service
To store and organize your DVIR records for regulatory compliance
To send defect alerts and inspection notifications
To generate audit-ready reports when you request them

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your inspection records with third parties unless you explicitly request an export or unless required by law.

Data Retention

DVIR records are retained for the duration of your account plus 12 months after account termination, consistent with FMCSA record retention requirements under 49 CFR 396.3(b). You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data. Access to inspection records is restricted to authorized users within your organization. We do not store passwords in plain text.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may export your inspection records in PDF or CSV format. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
